The first baseman joins the 2027 California Winter League after a standout collegiate career at Northern Illinois University. Over 106 games with the Huskies, he posted a .294 career batting average while collecting 121 hits, driving in 118 runs, and launching 32 home runs.

After making his professional debut with the gatewaygrizzlies  of the frontier_league in 2026, Gavin is now set to chase his next professional opportunity at the 2027 California Winter League. ⚾️
