During August, Invesco's Rising Career Network (RCN) is celebrating RCN Month. 🌟
 
This year’s theme, “When Passion Meets Purpose: Your Ikigai at Work,” invites employees to reflect on what drives them and how their passions align with purpose at work. Through a series of in-person and virtual events, RCN will offer opportunities to grow professionally, build new relationships, and strengthen connections across the firm.
 
The Rising Career Network aims to develop Invesco's early-career employees by providing a network of social and professional support. The network creates opportunities for early-career professionals to lead, build relationships, expand their skills, and advance their careers while fostering communication and collaboration across teams.
