Ottawa-Gatineau! Les Grands Feux Casino Lac-Leamy is lighting up the Canadian Museum of History with incredible food, music and fireworks.🎆🤩

🍽️ Taste the Sky is the festival’s newest culinary experience, featuring an exclusive tasting menu created by a local chef and inspired by the country being celebrated in that night’s fireworks show. Set in a beautiful open-air space with artistic installations and creative plating, it’s a truly immersive dining experience.

🎇 After dinner, stay for a breathtaking fireworks display over the Ottawa River beginning at approximately 9:15 PM. Each show is synchronized to music, making the entire experience even more magical.

I kicked off the festival with Canada Night, and I can honestly say it was the best fireworks show I’ve ever seen! The music, the views and the atmosphere were unforgettable, and every dish from Taste the Sky was beautifully presented, full of flavour and perfectly connected to the evening’s theme.
