The Young Officials Accelerator Program (YOAP) is returning for 2026–27 after an outstanding first year, and we’re excited to welcome the next generation of Technical Officials.

Designed to inspire, develop and support young people on their officiating journey, YOAP provides unique learning opportunities, mentoring, hands-on experience and a pathway to grow confidence and leadership on pool deck.

Whether you're looking to take your first steps in officiating or build on existing experience, this is your chance to be part of something special.
