The 97th Annual Bud Billiken Parade & Festival returns this Saturday, Aug. 8, bringing generations of Chicagoans together to celebrate youth, education, and Black culture on the city’s historic South Side.

Expect incredible dance teams, marching bands, colorful floats, drill teams, local vendors, family-friendly activities, and a post-parade festival in Washington Park. 🙌🎺
