Your CPO process is probably costing you future new car sales.

We treat the CPO customer as a transaction. A one-time buyer getting a lower-priced vehicle.

But the data shows they are often meeting your brand for the very first time. Their experience determines if they ever come back for service, let alone their next new vehicle.

A CPO sale isn't the end of a process. It's the start of a closed-loop relationship.

It’s time to design a CPO delivery process that reflects this reality. Match the experience to the opportunity.

Instead of just a handshake and the keys, try this:

- A personal introduction to your top service advisor.
- A walk-through of the service lane and amenities.
- Schedule their first oil change right there at the point of sale.
- A welcome call from the GM within 24 hours.

This is how you turn a $25,000 used sale into a $250,000 lifetime customer.

What's one thing you could add to your CPO experience this week?
