The definition of a great operator is changing.

For decades, success was measured almost exclusively by P&L statements, sales volume, and service absorption.

Those metrics are still vital.

But a new variable is becoming just as critical: Community leadership.

Look at Rita Case, who was just named the Broward County PBA's Humanitarian of the Year. The first woman to receive the honor.

Today's customers and employees expect more from businesses. They vote with their wallets and their careers.

They are choosing to support dealerships that function as core pillars of their communities, not just transactional entities.

It’s understanding that the health of your community is directly tied to the long-term health of your business.

Rita Case's work with first responders and their families is a masterclass in this principle.

The strongest dealerships of the next decade won't just be the best at selling cars. They will be the best at serving their communities.

That's the new benchmark.
