National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) has shared the following update with More Than Cars after its recent webinar with the FTC:

“NADA expressed disappointment with yesterday’s Advertising webinar to Chris Mufarrige, Director, FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection. Chris pledged to conduct another NADA-FTC Advertising webinar that he will participate in personally, and stated that he will ensure the FTC develops a FAQ document to help answer questions about the FTC Warning Letters. Details and scheduling of the webinar are being worked out. We will provide additional information once the planning of the webinar is finalized.”
