@Kyle.Mountsier suggested a different way forward on the @CarDealershipGuy podcast: dealerships should be building a robust internal knowledge graph. SOPs, roles, values, processes, handoffs, leadership philosophy. The things that explain how the business actually runs.

Because as more tools are communicating and acting on behalf of the dealership, the dealers who document their business clearly will get a superior output.
