## Caption

Something big is happening at UPS.

The company just sent $150,000 voluntary buyout offers to more than 100,000 drivers, the largest program in its history.

Amazon is no longer just the biggest customer.
It is becoming the biggest competitor.

UPS has already begun cutting Amazon package volume and plans to reduce it by 50% over the next 18 months as it reshapes its network around higher-margin freight.

That means a lot of experienced operators are starting to ask the same question.

What’s next?

If you’ve ever watched UPS drivers work, you know the answer might already be sitting in another industry.

They manage routes like operators.
They solve problems in real time.
They deal with customers face to face.
And they show up every day ready to execute.

Those are not just logistics skills.
Those are retail skills.

The auto industry is constantly looking for people who know how to work hard, communicate clearly, and take care of customers.

There may be a lot of people with exactly those qualities evaluating their next move right now.
