## Caption

A car can be a gift.
Or it can be a turning point.

Marty Schwartz of @Vehiclesforchange made something clear that most people miss. The vehicle is not the real impact. The structure around it is.

Recipients must have a job or a bona fide job offer. They contribute financially. They establish credit. There is accountability built into the process.

After 27 years of doing this work, Marty has seen what happens when something is free with no ownership attached. It doesn't last. When people invest in what they receive, outcomes change.

The car gets them to work.
The credit changes their financial future.
The responsibility changes how they see themselves.

That's the difference between relief and transformation.
