Last night, while celebrating the birthday of our dear sister, jessicazweig , each woman around the table shared one quality she embodies that we want to cultivate more deeply within ourselves.

There are so many things I could have chosen. Her brilliance. Her conviction. Her authenticity.

I chose her wide open heart.

After years working within the Akashic Records, bringing babies into this world, mothering my daughters, and walking beside people through both birth and death, I’ve come to know something with absolute certainty:

Only love is real.

Everything else is a façade. An illusion. A story we’ve mistaken for truth.

An open heart isn’t weakness. It isn’t naïveté. It is one of the greatest strengths we can embody.

When the heart is truly open and centered, it becomes both a force field and a magnet. It protects what is sacred while drawing in the people, opportunities, and experiences that are aligned with the life we’re here to co-create with God.

It’s changed everything for me.
