We lost more of this one to the heavens than usual. That's a good thing.

Introducing Distillery Series #17, a batch proof High Angel's Share Tennessee Whiskey selected by Jack Daniel’s Whiskey Taster Dale McGee.

We laid this down 10 years ago on the top floor of Coy Hill, and then let nature take over. The heat up there evaporated more than it usually does. We call that the “Angel’s Share.” What stayed behind is heavenly.

Expect a richer, more concentrated flavor than you’re used to. Notes of brown sugar, banana nut bread, and maple syrup, with a long, oak-touched finish.

Available only in Tennessee at the White Rabbit Bottle Shop starting this month.
