Aman Miami Beach sold all twenty-two residences in 2021 at a reported $5,000 per square foot — roughly two and a half times what the South Florida luxury pipeline is asking today, and four years before Suffolk started stacking floors. There is no rental program, no short-term letting, and no public access; Aman runs the building the way it runs a hotel.
