Around the world, massive industrial livestock megafarms are destroying nature, polluting water, and putting corporate profit over our planet. ⁣

But everyday people are standing up and fighting back to protect their homes from billionaires. Meet Korina and Emil from Northern Croatia who found themselves in a David vs Goliath fight against Europe’s biggest poultry business, MHP. ⁣
⁣
We recently visited a beautiful, protected river region in Croatia known as the ‘Amazon of Europe,’ where a passionate local community is doing whatever it takes to stop a brand-new megafarm slaughtering 1.8 million chickens per year. The construction of this 50,000 square metre industrial monster is nearly finished, but they are not giving up. A small group of locals are organising protests, creative actions, and now need your attention in their fight.⁣
