This week, we had the privilege of welcoming the Hot Shots National Touring Team to Long Island and our goal wasn’t simply to host games, it was to immerse these athletes in the culture of our sport.

Here we believe elite development extends far beyond the scoreboard.

🩵 They competed in our Long Island Sixes League, experiencing the energy and connection of our local lacrosse community.

🧠 They invested in the mental side of performance with a workshop led by Co-Head Director Jessica Scott, learning that confidence, resilience and leadership are skills that can be trained just like stick work.

🎓 They stepped onto the campus of Adelphi University, where Co-Head Director Vanessa Windsor  2009 NCAA National Champion shared firsthand what it means to pursue excellence as both a student and an athlete.

This is what the Teal Experience is all about.

To the players, families, and coaches of Hot Shots, thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey. We hope you leave Long Island with more than memories. We hope you leave inspired.
