According to ‘TMZ’, #PorshaWilliams secured a seven-figure divorce settlement and the house from her ex, #SimonGuobadia. She informed a judge that he agreed to promptly pay the outstanding amounts he owes.

Court documents, obtained by TMZ, indicate that Simon transferred his interest in the Atlanta mansion they once shared to Porsha through a quitclaim deed. Under this agreement, Porsha claims she has full authority to refinance the home or sell it in a commercially reasonable manner without needing Simon’s involvement or an arbitrator.

However, in response to this update, Simon seemingly expressed that Porsha would also be inheriting $8,000,000 in debt.
