#ChrisBrown is pushing back against his former housekeeper’s efforts to collect on her nearly $13 million judgment against him. According to court documents obtained by TMZ_tv, Chris is objecting to Maria Avila’s attempt to have his current and future income, including money from his tour with #Usher and royalties, redirected to her until the judgment is paid off.

As previously reported, Avila was awarded the multimillion-dollar judgment after suing Chris over a 2020 dog attack at his Los Angeles mansion. She alleged that the dog viciously attacked her, leaving her with severe injuries. Chris denied wrongdoing and argued that Avila provoked the dog, but a jury ultimately found her liable following a trial.

In his latest filing, Chris argues that Avila’s attempt to seize all of his present and future earnings is overly broad and goes beyond what she is legally entitled to collect.
