#TSRLocalLens: Now why would he do this?! 😭 A 26-year-old man in Wales has been fined after climbing onto the roof of a hospital dressed in a black hooded costume while carrying what appeared to be a long, curved blade.

According to local reports, #LeonGillespie remained on the roof for nearly 50 minutes, staring down at doctors and patients and making noises before authorities safely brought him down.

Gillespie later pleaded guilty to causing a public nuisance on hospital grounds. Although many believed he was dressed as the Grim Reaper, he told the court his costume was actually meant to resemble a crow.
