Day 1/30 – Stop Overusing Filler Words 
Do you often say umm, like, you know when speaking?

 Native speakers sometimes use them too — but here’s the truth: occasional fillers make you sound natural, while constant fillers make you sound unsure.

 Tip: Instead of filling every silence, just pause. A pause shows confidence and control.

 Today’s Challenge: Record yourself speaking for 30 seconds. Count your fillers. Then try again with pauses. Notice the difference.
