After years as a stay-at-home mom, I started looking for jobs and somewhere along the way, I convinced myself I needed to become the kind of candidate I thought companies wanted. But, life has a funny way of reminding you who you’re supposed to be…

Instead of trying to fit into a mold, I kept showing up as myself and saying yes to opportunities that aligned with who I already was and what I already knew my gifts were. Ironically, that’s exactly what led me to a role with a brand I genuinely admire and am excited to work for. 

The best opportunities, the ones that are TRULY meant for you, don’t ask you to become someone else. They ask you to be more of who you’ve been all along.
