Now, Killer Mike is friends with some of the biggest names in sports, but growing up, he was just a kid from Atlanta looking up to some of his favorite players at the time, including Deion Sanders. Sanders is a two-time Super Bowl Champion, eight-time Pro Bowler, and the only person to ever play in both the Super Bowl and the World Series. He was a star in the 90s and was known for his flashiness both on and off the field.

But the media long misunderstood what Sanders actually meant for the community. @killermike talks about what it meant to see someone like Deion shine in the spotlight.
