herbiehancock is bringing along some talented musicians to his back-to-back performance at Chautauqua Auditorium on August 11th and 12th. Let’s meet the band! 

🎺 terence_blanchard is an internationally renowned jazz trumpeter, film composer, and the creator of two operas and more than 80 film and TV scores.

🎸 Jazz bassist, james_genus currently plays in the SNL band and plays both electric bass guitar and upright bass. 

🎸 The New York Times called lionelloueke a "West African improvising ninja on guitar." A graduate of the Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz, he's now a member of the band.

🥁 jaylenpetinaud rounds out the group on drums and previously performed in Alicia Keys' Tony and Grammy Award winning musical.
