Clifford Pointer III runs a HUGE personal best of 58.70 to win the 9-year-old Boys 400m title and set a new National Record. He breaks Jonathan Simm’s previous record of 59.25, which was set in 2016.

Kitai Jones came in second at 58.95, also dipping under Simm’s record.
