For the past few months my only goal was to gain lean mass. I’ve been at thefitclubs goin crazy. 
All I wanted was to go from a small to a medium lol 🦍142lb -> 153lb

…but I’m about 10 weeks away from my next HYROX, so my specific HYROX training block starts this week. Tryna be sub-1hour for hyroxbrasil in October. Stay tuned 💪🏽
