We won’t call Lottie a “hidden gem,” but it is tucked inside downtown St. Pete’s historic pink vinoyresort. And you wouldn’t believe how many folks don’t realize how gorgeous this pastry case is. 

Lottie, a French patisserie, is not only a fantastic bakery, but it’s also home to:
