Are you passionate about athletic performance, coaching excellence, and helping athletes reach their full potential? Queen’s Athletics & Recreation is seeking qualified Strength & Conditioning Coaches to support our varsity teams, clubs, and community athletes.

As part of the Queen’s Strength & Conditioning team, you will:

🏋️ Design and deliver evidence-based sport performance programs
 📈 Conduct athlete assessments and monitor progression
 🎯 Coach safe, effective, and engaging training sessions
 🤝 Build strong relationships and buy-in with athletes and coaches
 📋 Manage program administration and athlete tracking systems
 🚀 Support the growth of Queen’s Strength & Conditioning programming and community initiatives

✅ Qualifications Include: • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification (completed or in progress) or comparable certification
 • Valid First Aid & CPR certification
 • Safe Sport training
 • Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
 • Strong communication, coaching, and program design skills
 • Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and sport performance principles
 • Experience supporting fitness and performance programming
