Are you passionate about sports, recreation, events, and creating unforgettable game day experiences? Queen’s Athletics & Recreation is looking for an Event Delivery Assistant to help bring our home events to life!

📍 Position: Event Delivery Assistant
 📅 Type: Full-Time Temporary (4 Months)
 🚀 Start Date: Negotiable between August 24 and September 4, 2026

As part of the Event Delivery team, you'll play a key role in ensuring Queen’s home sporting events run smoothly and professionally. Working alongside the Coordinator, Event Delivery and Manager, Event Delivery & Engagement, you will:

✅ Help prepare for all home events
✅ Serve as a co-game day lead, supervising staff and overseeing venue operations
 ✅ Ensure OUA/U SPORTS game day protocols are followed
 ✅ Problem-solve in real time to deliver exceptional event experiences
 ✅ Support championships and tournaments by coordinating with participating teams and assigning event staff
 ✅ Lead and engage a student event team to maintain the highest standards before, during, and after each event

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sport and event management, develop leadership skills, and be at the centre of varsity athletics at Queen’s University.
