I guess when you live life like you stole it, sometimes you have to deal with the consequences… I prefer not to rest and go all out all the time if given the opportunity…

Though for the last 2 months I have been stacking injuries, left shoulder, left peck, right hip flexer, slipped disk… I haven’t paddled my freestyle boat in over a month… so it felt really good to get back on the water and paddling one of my favorite waves…

I told myself I would just jump in and see how it feels… I probably should have warmed up more but I was just having too much fun… a little sore today but totally worth it.
