What happens when more than 500 young leaders from across North Carolina come together for one week? Leadership, service, and lifelong memories. 

NC 4-H Congress 2026 brought together delegates from across the state for a week of leadership development, service, competition, and celebration. Throughout the week, delegates participated in educational workshops, service-learning opportunities, officer elections, recognition ceremonies, and networking events designed to strengthen their leadership skills and prepare them to make a positive impact in their communities.

Congress also celebrated the accomplishments of North Carolina 4-H members through state competitions, scholarships, awards, and the recognition of graduating 4-H seniors. The week concluded with the election of the 2026–2027 North Carolina State 4-H Officer Team, marking the beginning of another year of youth leadership across the state.

This year's theme, "Lights. Camera. Action." served as a reminder that every young person has the opportunity to step forward, lead with purpose, and create meaningful change. Thank you to the volunteers, Extension professionals, sponsors, and supporters who make this experience possible, and congratulations to every delegate who represented their county with excellence.
