Sometimes, all it takes is one positive experience to change everything.
In 2024, she came to our clinic with one simple goal: to replace her upper central incisor. Like many patients, she had spent years avoiding dentists because of fear and previous bad experiences.
We chose a minimally invasive approach, using guided surgery and immediate loading. The procedure was smooth, precise... and, most importantly for her, completely pain-free.

Together, we planned her full transformation. After a complete Digital Smile Design (DSD) and diagnostic wax-up, we restored her smile with 7 maxillary implants and 4 mandibular implants using Neodent® implants and the EasyGuide® guided surgery system.
For the upper arch, we used the remaining teeth to stabilize a tooth-supported surgical guide. For the lower arch, we performed the surgery with a stackable guide, both securely fixed with anchor pins to ensure maximum precision.
Immediate provisional restorations were delivered on the day of surgery, allowing her to leave the clinic smiling.
Three months later, after healing, we delivered her definitive full-arch zirconia restorations by Ivoclar®.
The result is more than a new smile.
