NEW!! Carmelitas are a classic dessert bar – but mine are completely homemade! A thick & chewy oat cookie mixture doubles as the base and crust. It’s all made at once, in one bowl, for ease! 🥳🥳
I’ve modified my popular Salted Caramel Sauce so that it can be layered in the bars, with plenty of chocolate chips, without melting and disappearing in the oven! Better make two pans – these are hard to share (see end of the video 😆)
