Never want to say goodbye to peach season. 🍑

Cocktail Ingredients:
-4 slices of a grilled peach
-3 wedges of a lemon
-2-3 basil leaves
-2 oz. bourbon
-1/2 oz. honey syrup

Ricotta Cold Foam Ingredients:
-1 oz. honey syrup
-2 tbs. ricotta
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-dash of vanilla extract

Honey Syrup:
1.In a pot, combine 2 tbs. honey with 2 tbs. water.
2.Stir over medium heat until fully combined.
3.Remove from heat and allow to cool before adding to your cocktail.
