#NEWS - Reality TV personality #SidneyStarr, whose legal name is Sidney Favors, was arrested Sunday at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Hapeville, Georgia, near Atlanta’s airport, in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a minor, according to arrest warrants.

Favors is being held without bond at the Fulton County Jail on charges of aggravated child molestation, sexual battery against a child under 16, and sodomy, according to jail records.

Arrest warrants allege that Favors admitted to performing oral sex on a boy at the hotel Sunday morning and claimed the encounter was consensual. Because the alleged victim is a minor, a claim of consent does not necessarily constitute a legal defense and would depend on the applicable law and facts of the case.

Starr is a transgender model and reality television personality who has appeared on several shows, including “Atlanta Plastic,” “Baddies ATL” and “Love & Hip Hop: New York.” She also appeared in an episode of “Empire.”

A spokesperson for the Hapeville Police Department told Atlanta News First that authorities could not release additional details because the case involves a juvenile.
