A 23-year-old man confronted by thezerggg in a viral predator-catching video has now been arrested. Police say Xavior Vitela traveled to a Scottsdale home believing he was meeting a 15-year-old girl. He was later arrested at his Avondale home and booked on multiple exploitation-related charges.
