We are rolling out a new series, “People of the Parks,” where we highlight familiar faces that you might see around the Downtown Parks and have a chance to talk to them about their experiences with our events and programming. 

We are starting off our new series with a Downtown Parks regular, Rand! 

“Why? Because it is the best expression of nature. We can see it all and do it all and we can do it right. We can do it right, the right way here. Like they recycle the right way, they treat the grounds the respectfully right way. Everybody here that works here participates fully in this, you know effort, and you bring amazing fun where we can get out of our stupid unnatural whatever shelters that we need for protection and get out here and be real and make it happen.“
