Just like the base game of Pokopia, certain Pokémon appear on Dream Islands. Since the Bubbly Basin DLC has a new Dream Island, there is a rare Pokémon you can find there randomly when you explore! I got lucky and found this on Day 2 of going to the new Dream Island.
