How to fix a floor plan and maximize rental value. Important to note the kitchen was on the third floor…. With a huge bathroom with pink and black tile on the main formal floor. It screamed frat house and bang they got it… cigarette butts piled on the windowsill, broken balusters, crap everywhere. How do we attract a better tenant… make it a home.  And they love all the historic detail, so that stays.
