76 years ago on June 6th, 1944, the world and any idea of a bright future was just a flickering flame about to be blown out forever. The wickedness and darkness of the Third Reich and the Axis forces had created more unjust deaths and more widespread agony and suffering than the world had previously seen.

Many, many worldwide have faced great darkness, setbacks, suffering, and injustice this year, and it's a given that the world needs both hope and deliverance. This week has highlighted some of that injustice, and I am with those who seek to right wrongs.
.
President Franklin Delano Roosevelt prayed when he announced the D-Day operation to the world in 1944, and I pray that this short film can encourage all of us to remember that American liberty and principles coupled with faith, sacrificial love, and determination, not only has overcome the greatest darkness the world has ever seen, but it will continue to in this new era.
