In just 6 days, I’ll be walking across the stage to earn my Master’s degree from Prairie View A&M University. 💜💛

This moment is everything I prayed and worked for, but it will always carry a piece of my heart that wishes my mama were here to see it. She believed in me, encouraged me, and reminded me to keep going even when the journey felt hard. Although she’s no longer here physically, I know her love, strength, and prayers have carried me every step of the way.

Mama, this degree is dedicated to you. Thank you for every sacrifice, every word of encouragement, and every lesson you poured into me. I hope I’m making you proud. I will carry your legacy with me in everything I do.

Here’s to finishing strong, honoring where I came from, and celebrating the woman who made so much of this possible.
