Fresh Mango Slaw Blackened Fish Tacos 🌮 The perfect dish for a hot summer day. 

Recipe:
-Cut the cod into pieces, drizzle with oil, and season with blackened seasoning.
-Grill indirect with the vents wide open until reaching 145F internal.
-Make the mango jalapeño slaw by mixing together 1 cup red cabbage, 1 cup green cabbage, 1 diced jalapeño, 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, 1 diced mango, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 whole lime juiced, salt and pepper to taste.
-Make green sauce by blending 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 avocado, 1 fresh jalapeño, 4 garlic cloves minced, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, juice of 1 lime, 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper to taste.
-Grill the tortillas, then assemble tacos with slaw, grilled fish, lime juice, and the green sauce.
