Not gonna lie Ian Danney realpep_az was on one today! I don’t know the names of this exercises, or apparatuses. I do know he was counting slow as hell for all of it. 

This was some real Dilly Dallying in the best of ways. 

Paris was on the Aux, & we were listening to freddiegibbs. Straight bars all day, but not much to dance to. 😂😂
