After swimming 1,000 miles around Iceland, I've finally got an off-season... and there was only one thing I wanted to do: Learn MMA and Muay Thai. 🥊 The legends at Gym King somehow arranged the greatest day imaginable, bringing together an absolute dream team of martial artists at Bad Company Gym in Leeds.

From striking and grappling to getting comprehensively humbled, this was one of the most enjoyable (and painful) training days I've ever had.
