I have 3 RV parks. They make $670K a year combined.

People think numbers like this take a fortune to build. They don't.

This park cost me around $2M, bought on creative finance, nothing out of my pocket.
ㅤ
It nets about $190K a year on its own.
ㅤ
Then stack the other two: Bear Grass was cash flowing $180K, and Glacier Peaks does $300K.
ㅤ
Add it up and you're sitting at roughly $670K a year across three parks.
ㅤ
None of it took banks, money, or experience. It took knowing how to structure the deal so the park pays for itself.
