We’re very late to the viral Costco rotisserie chicken in a bag trend... but we finally tried it, and honestly... it’s SO GOOD!

Here’s what we threw in (but this is definitely an eyeball it and taste as you go situation) ⬇️ 

🐔 Costco rotisserie chicken (we only used the white meat because Dad is the only one who likes dark meat)
🥒 1½ Persian cucumbers, chopped
🌱 ½ bunch scallions, chopped
🥢 Soy sauce
🌶️ Chili oil
🍚 Bibigousa rice 
🔥 Chili crisp
❤️ MelindasFoods Sriracha (the BEST in the game)
🧂 Salt & pepper

After our first taste, we added more soy sauce, chili crisp, and #Melindas, then made the executive group decision to scramble in 2 eggs (I’d probably do 3 next time). Then finished it off with a sprinkle of LawrysSeasoning Seasoned Salt because... did anyone else grow up eating rotisserie chicken with Lawry’s? That flavor combo instantly took me back.

It’s quick, easy, packed with protein, and the cleanup is basically nonexistent. Should we take it to the next level and mix it with Buldak_Global Ramen?
