One word needed… LATS!😂💪

Here’s a couple of shots from after my final appearance as a competitor at the Mr. Olympia contest. This was the heaviest I ever competed at and to be honest, I wasn’t entirely happy with my conditioning this year, of course mainly due to the horrific tricep injury I suffered just three weeks before the show.

It was by far my toughest prep of my career, it was hell!
