This was awesome 🙌 We inducted two local people into our brand new Community Hall of Fame and here's why... ❤️

We wanted to celebrate the hidden heroes of the greater Kalamazoo area.

Nancy is a newly retired Special Education Teacher from Otsego Public Schools who touched the lives of hundreds of students and families.

She also organized a special Snowcoming event for the kids, complete with a chef & photographer, so every student felt included & celebrated.

Leland is the owner of UncLee's Barber Shop and organizes giveaways to families in need during the holidays, gives kids free haircuts before the school year (helps with their confidence) 

He also takes his talents on the road and offers free mobile haircuts for patients at the cancer center & those experiencing homelessness. 

These are two people who serve the greater-Kalamazoo area and it's our honor to share their stories on a plaque that will forever sit inside of Honor Credit Union Stadium 🙌
