A Compete classic, this drill incorporates some open environment competition to acceleration work. 

Offense and defense meet at the middle circle and defense has to track offense as the pick a side, curvi run to the midline and then have another opportunity to shake their defense before sprinting through 1 of 2 gates. 

It’s a great drill for offensive players to practice the moves they’d use in a game and for defensive players to work on their footwork and read another athlete.
