Congratulations to our very own Rena Morton, who received the Drum Corps International 2026 Volunteer of the Year Award last night at the DCI World Championship Semifinals in Indianapolis! 💜👑

A 26-year member of the Carolina Crown family, Rena has dedicated countless hours to supporting the organization through her leadership and service on the Crown Advisory Council, the Carolina Crown Board of Directors, and the CrownCARES Board.

Rena’s passion, generosity, and unwavering commitment have made a lasting impact on Carolina Crown and the entire marching arts community. We couldn’t be more proud of this well-deserved recognition.
