The secret behind The HULK innergameacademy 🤫

Feelings are temporary. Whether we are confident, and our games flowing...., it won't last unfortunately!

Whether we are nervous & unconfident it also won't last (fortunately)

But to me until recently it would always feels that the negative emotions would over ride more times than not!

Well Developing a simple tool such as THE HULK changed everything for me. Silly as it sounds!

How you feel Game day isn't down to luck at all! We NEVER rise to the occasion on game day but we FALL to the level of our training. 

So my question to you is, How have you trained going from a bad state to a good state!? As surely we want to be in our best playing state as much as possible & not leave it down to Lady Luck like i used to?
